Pada tahun 2010, meneruskan program yang dijalankan<br />

sebelumnya, Divisi SDM melakukan berbagai ragam<br />

program training, baik dalam peningkatan kualitas<br />

karyawan maupun program khusus pembekalan untuk<br />

mencetak kader pemimpin masa depan, meliputi:<br />

• Vocational Academy (Basic Training Pramuniaga,<br />

Koordinator, Supervisor)<br />

• MDS Leadership Academy (Leadership Training,<br />

Problem Solving, Business Analysis, Communication)<br />

Merchandising Training (New Employee, Advance MD<br />

Training)<br />

• General Training (Induction Training, Training for the<br />

Trainer (TFT), Refreshment Training) External Training<br />

(Seminar, Workshop)<br />

• Outwardbound Training<br />

• Bentuk training yang diadakan secara outdoor untuk<br />

lebih menciptakan semangat “stewardship” dalam diri<br />

karyawan sehingga berdampak pada terciptanya Trust,<br />

Healthy Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, dan<br />

Result Oriented yang maksimal.<br />

• On the Job Training & Job assignments, proyek-proyek<br />

khusus, coaching-counseling.<br />

• Internship Program<br />

Perseroan membuka kesempatan magang bagi<br />

siswa siswi SLTA sederajat dan mahasiswa yang<br />

menyelesaikan tugas akhir. Program magang ini<br />

sekaligus merupakan sarana untuk menjaring kandidatkandidat<br />

yang potential untuk dapat bergabung<br />

dengan perseroan setelah selesai masa magangnya.<br />

• Career Development Program (CDP)<br />

Program ini didesain untuk mengembangkan karyawan<br />

unggulan & potensial yang ada di divisi Store Operation<br />

dan Merchandising, untuk dapat menjadi kader<br />

pemimpin di masa mendatang.<br />

• Management Trainee (MT)<br />

Perseroan secara berkala merekrut fresh graduates<br />

unggulan dari berbagai perguruan tinggi terkemuka<br />

di seluruh Indonesia, untuk kemudian diberikan<br />

pendidikan di dalam kelas maupun on the job<br />

training. Program MT ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan<br />

pemimpin-pemimpin masa depan yang berkualitas.<br />

• Graduated Certified Program (GCP)<br />

• Kerjasama strategis dengan Universitas Pelita Harapan<br />

(UPH) dalam menyelenggarakan program pembelajaran<br />

eksekutif bagi karyawan unggulan yang memenuhi<br />

persyaratan.<br />

Internship program<br />

The Company offers internships to students from<br />

high schools or other secondary school programs, as<br />

well as to undergraduate students who are preparing<br />

their theses to screen for potential candidates<br />

for employment once they have graduated and<br />

completed the internship program.<br />

This program, which is focused on the Store<br />

Operation and Merchandising Division, is designed<br />

to further develop the skills and overall capacity of<br />

employees to create a new generation of corporate<br />

leaders.<br />

fresh graduates available from leading universities<br />

throughout Indonesia and provide them with courses<br />

or on-the-job training to prepare them to become<br />
