BAHAN-BAHAN<br />

1 resep Adonan Dasar Roti<br />

Kentang (lihat halaman 9)<br />

30 g GOLD BULLION Grand<br />

(Campuran Butter dan<br />

Margarin)<br />

200 g Smoked Chicken, potong<br />

dadu<br />

150 g Bawang Bombay, potong<br />

dadu<br />

BUMBU<br />

4 g Lada Hitam<br />

6 g Kaldu Instant<br />

3 g Garam<br />

10 buah Cabai Rawit Hijau Iris<br />

25 g Parsley Cincang Kasar<br />

(optional)<br />

CARA MEMBUAT<br />

1. Tumis Smoked Chicken dan bawang bombay<br />

dengan GOLD BULLION Grand (Campuran Butter<br />

dan Margarin) hingga harum.<br />

2. Kemudian masukkan bumbu, aduk rata, setelah<br />

dingin campur dengan KRAFT Keju Cheddar.<br />

3. Setelah Adonan Dasar Roti Kentang kalis,<br />

masukkan tumisan di atas, aduk rata.<br />

4. Fermentasikan adonan selama ± 20 menit sebanyak<br />

2 kali.<br />

5. Timbang adonan dan bulatkan adonan, diamkan<br />

kembali ± 15 menit.<br />

6. Bentuk dan letakkan kedalam loyang.<br />

7. Fermentasikan ± 90 menit, lalu poles dengan<br />

susu evaporated dan taburi dengan potongan roti<br />

tawar.<br />

8. Oven dengan suhu ± 190°C.<br />
