BAHAN-BAHAN<br />

Bahan A (POOLISH)<br />

250 g Tepung Terigu LONCENG<br />

HIJAU Protein Tinggi<br />

1.5 g Ragi<br />

2 g Garam<br />

250 g Air<br />

Bahan B<br />

200 g Beet<br />

100 g Air ] Blender<br />

Bahan C<br />

750 g Tepung Terigu LONCENG<br />

HIJAU Protein Tinggi<br />

8 g Ragi<br />

125 g Gula<br />

30 g Susu Bubuk<br />

CARA MEMBUAT<br />

1. Aduk semua bahan A hingga tercampur rata diamkan<br />

selama 12 jam.<br />

2. Masukkan bahan B, C dan D kedalam bahan A, aduk<br />

hingga 90% kalis.<br />

3. Kemudian masukkan GOLD BULLION Grand<br />

(Campuran Butter dan Margarin), secara bertahap,<br />

aduk hingga kalis.<br />

4. Kemudian masukkan FILLING, aduk rata.<br />

5. Fermentasikan adonan selama ± 20 menit sebanyak<br />

2 kali.<br />

6. Timbang adonan dan bulatkan adonan, diamkan<br />

kembali ± 15 menit.<br />

7. Bentuk dan lumuri dengan TOPPING dan letakkan<br />

kedalam loyang.<br />

8. Fermentasikan ± 90 menit.<br />

9. Oven dengan suhu ± 190°C.<br />

100 g Susu Cair dingin<br />

13 g Garam<br />

50 g Air Es<br />

125 g GOLD BULLION Grand<br />

(Campuran Butter dan<br />

Margarin)<br />

FILLING<br />

200 g Kacang Merah Manis<br />

50 g Sun Flower Seed<br />

TOPPING<br />
