SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS (SLA)<br />

There has not been any consistency in the service<br />

levels at various entry points. This <strong>of</strong> course could<br />

be due to the fact that there are some peculiarities<br />

at different stations.There should however be a<br />

published service level agreement at each station<br />

clearly spelling out exactly the expected service<br />

levels for the guide <strong>of</strong> the forwarding agents.<br />

Recommendation :<br />

A service level agreement needs to be drawn up<br />

and published at each RMC station. RMC should<br />

as far as possible try to standardize these service<br />

level agreements so that there are consistency at<br />

all stations.<br />

This would then ease the operations <strong>of</strong> the<br />

forwarding agents even if their staffs are<br />

transferred from one station to the other.<br />

Pihak AF<strong>AM</strong> telah mengambil-maklum akan<br />

Piagam Pelanggan tersebut, yang telah<br />

dipamerkan di lobi utama Ibu Pejabat JKDM.<br />

Walaubagaimanapun terdapat beberapa<br />

penambah-baikan ke atas piagam masa<br />

dicadangkan seperti berikut;<br />

Bidang Kastam<br />

1. Mengkaji semula masa yang diambil bagi<br />

pelepasan kastam bagi dagangan import<br />

dari :<br />

180 minit (mod udara) kepada 60 minit<br />

130 minit (mod laut) kepada 60 minit<br />

2. Mengkaji semula masa yang diambil bagi<br />

pelepasan kastam bagi dagangan eksport<br />

iaitu :<br />

180 minit (mod laut) kepada 30 minit<br />

Cadangan ini dikemukakan berdasarkan<br />

pemerhatian serta kepantasan tindakan pelepasan<br />

kastam di dua Stesen Utama Kastam iaitu KLIA<br />

dan Pelabuhan Kelang. Dimaklumkan bahawa<br />
