끼도 맑은 유동식을 먹지 않았으며 66명(40.7%)은 세
끼 중 한 끼만, 18명(11.1%)은 두 끼만, 63명(38.9%)만
이 세 끼 모두를 맑은 유동식으로 먹었다고 답하였다.
그룹 1 환자 중 실제로 맑은 유동식을 먹은 횟수가 2-3
회인 81명(50%)을 그룹 1A로, 0-1회인 81명(50%)을
그룹 1B로 나누어 장정결도를 다시 비교하였다.
적어도 두 끼 이상 맑은 유동식을 먹은 그룹 1A와
식이제한을 하지 않은 그룹 2의 비교에서 그룹 1A는
‘Excellent’가 29명(35.8%), ‘Good’이 41명(50.6%),
‘Fair’가 9명(11.1%), ‘Poor’가 2명(2.5%)으로 그룹 2와
비교하여 두 그룹 간의 유의한 차이는 없었다(P=
0.124) (Fig. 2A). 장정결의 적절성은 그룹 1A에서
‘Satisfactory’가 70명(86.4%), ‘Unsatisfactory’가 11명
(13.6%)으로 두 그룹 모두에서 만족스러운 결과를 얻
었으며 두 그룹 간의 유의한 차이는 없었다(P=0.138)
(Fig. 2B).
맑은 유동식을 먹은 횟수가 2-3회인 그룹 1A와 횟
수가 0-1회인 그룹 1B의 비교에서, 그룹 1B는 ‘Excellent’가
5명(6.2%), ‘Good’이 55명(67.9%), ‘Fair’가 12
명(14.8%), ‘Poor’가 9명(11.1%)으로 그룹 1A에서
‘Excellent’가 증가하고 ‘Poor’가 감소하는 결과를 보
였다(P
