anrufen bereit, damit der Kundendienst
schnellstmöglich eine lösung anbieten
kann:
- name des Produktes/
Modellbezeichnung
- artikel-nummer
- Kaufdatum
- symptome, unter denen das Problem
auftritt.
- eventl. angezeigte Fehlermeldungen
