CAPO I<br />
NORME GENERALI<br />
11 presente Regolamento contiene i criteri e gli in<strong>di</strong>rizzi del <strong>Comune</strong> <strong>di</strong> <strong>Sarno</strong> in<br />
materia <strong>di</strong> commercio al dettaglio su aree private in sede fissa e su aree pubbliche, in<br />
ottemperanza a quanto <strong>di</strong>sposto dalla Legge della Regione Campania 7 gennaio 2000,<br />
n.l. ,<br />
Il prowe<strong>di</strong>mento ha vali<strong>di</strong>tà fino all'approvazione <strong>di</strong> una nuova determinazione<br />
comunale. <br />

la <strong>di</strong>sciplina' materia <strong>di</strong> commercìo persegue le seguenti finalità:<br />
• la arenza del mercato, la concorrenza, la libertà <strong>di</strong> impresa e la libera<br />
con particolare rigu ardo all' informazione, alla<br />
ossibilità <strong>di</strong> approwigionamento, al servizio <strong>di</strong> prossimità, all'assortimento e alla<br />
sicurezza dei prodotti;<br />
• l'efficienza, la modernizzazione e lo sviluppo della rete <strong>di</strong>stributiva, nonché<br />
l'evoluzione tecnologica dell'offerta, anche al fine del contenimento dei prezzi;<br />
• il pluralismo e l'equilibrio tra le <strong>di</strong>verse tipologie delle strutture <strong>di</strong>stributive e le<br />
