Lightweight portable TIG inverter machines which are
ideals for production applications. The J-TIG range has
a DC output and is suitable for welding alloy, non alloy
steels, stainless steel and titanium. The machines are
able to cope with single phase inputs which fluctuate by
+/-15% and can be used with the majority of generators.
J-TIG 180 / J-TIG 180P
Sono saldatrici TIG HF ed MMA portatili e leggere a tecnologia
inverter per ottenere bassi consumi di energia.
Sono ideali per le lavorazioni sugli acciai inossidabili (inox) ed al
carbonio (ferro), Sono funzionali all’utilizzo nel settore della manutenzione.
Richiedono alimentazione monofase a 230V (+/- 15%) sia da rete
elettrica che da motogeneratori purché ben dimensionati.
In TIG manuale può unire spessori molto piccoli come 0,3 mm fino
ai più considerevoli 6mm. In MMA, la gamma di elettrodi saldabili
va dal 1,6 mm fino al 5,00 mm di diametro. Sono provviste di innesco
HF in Tig e controllo automatico del gas di protezione. Con
l’utilizzo della sua torcia da 4 mt è in grado di eseguire le più raffinate
saldature su tutti gli acciai, in particolare su quelli inossidabili
(inox).
E’ dotata di funzione 2/4 tempi (pulsante torcia in manuale/automatico)
e della importante funzione di pulsazione della corrente di
saldatura (J-TIG 180P) che garantisce un ottimo decapaggio ed un
minore apporto termico.
Sono costruite in una cassa plastificata ABS che garantisce ottima
robustezza meccanica e ottimo isolamento elettrico. Anche la protezione
agli spruzzi d’acqua è ben curata e la corrosione non trova
punti di attacco.
La trasportabilità è garantita con la grande maniglia integrata e la
cinghia per il supporto a spalla.
In Tig mode the machines can be used on very thin materials
(less than 0,3 mm) or thicker materials up to 6 mm. In MMA Mode the machine can easily use electrodes up to 5 mm.
The machines are suitable for welding steel and stainless steel using the HF start circuit. When used for Tig welding with the
J-TIG 180 P the pulse function allows more precise control of heat input limiting distortion and heat affected zone. The latching
trigger function improves operator comfort allowing the trigger to be released during long welds.
The machines are housed in an ABS Plastic case with an integrated carry handle and shoulder strap that gives good insulation
with many advantages such as waterproof shield from electric shock and corrosion resisting.
