Pur se non è possibile dappertutto<br />
nel mondo, sono molte le situazioni di<br />
benvenuto o di offerta di cura condivise<br />
con l’acqua. Le sue proprietà benefiche<br />
sono note, quanto il fatto che l’uomo<br />
e la superficie terrestre sono composti<br />
per la maggior parte di materia liquida,<br />
e che nell’acqua c’è l’origine della vita.<br />
È un primordiale gesto di generosità<br />
conviviale che ci insegna la terra. Nella<br />
località San Martino (il nome la dice<br />
lunga), a Codrongianos, in provincia<br />
di Sassari, sono le rocce vulcaniche del<br />
Coros a permettere la risalita di un’acqua<br />
particolarmente ricca di sali minerali<br />
e naturalmente frizzante in un<br />
viaggio che dura circa 50 anni. Se ne<br />
accorsero i Nuragici, i Romani costruirono<br />
un acquedotto di 35 chilometri<br />
per portarla a Porto Torres e nel ’700<br />
attrasse l’interesse dei Savoia. Ma uno<br />
stabilimento provinciale, ora di proprietà<br />
della famiglia Simula, è nato solo<br />
nel 1902. Multipremiata, imbottigliata<br />
per caduta libera è curativa e digestiva<br />
e consigliata dai sommelier. Di recente<br />
è stata apprezzata anche in Giappone,<br />
patria dei cerimoniali di accoglienza. /<br />

Although it is not possible everywhere in<br />
the world, many situations of welcoming or<br />
offering assistance are shared with water.<br />
Its beneficial properties are well-known,<br />
just as we know the fact that humans and<br />
the earth's crust are made up mostly of liquid<br />
matter, and that life originated in water.<br />
It is a primordial gesture of convivial<br />
generosity that the earth teaches us. In a<br />
place known as San Martino (St Martin,<br />
the name says a lot), in Codrongianos, in<br />
the Province of Sassari, the volcanic rocks<br />
of the Coros enable water particularly rich<br />
in mineral salts and naturally effervescent<br />
to return to the surface after a journey<br />
that lasts for around 50 years. The Nuragic<br />
