10 11 La fonditrice ASM 20 Plus Automatic System The ASM 20 Plus Casting Machine Automatic System La fonditrice mod. ASM 20 Plus è una fonditrice a pressofusione, completamente automatica. E’ suffi ciente un semplice gesto per attivare l’intero processo di colata: vuoto, capovolgimento, compressione e raffreddamento, il tutto senza intervento umano. Grazie alla sua particolare resistenza, ASM 20 Plus può fondere tutti i tipi di lega, nobile, palladiate, seminobili, vili e anche leghe con presenza di titanio. ASM 20 Plus è predisposta di attacco seriale per connessione a PC, che permette tramite un apposito software di poter archiviare informaticamente tutti i dati relativi ad ogni ciclo di fusione. A richiesta la fonditrice può essere corredata di stampante integrata e dispositivo gas argon. The casting process is activated by a single movement: vacuum production, overturning, compression and cooling all take place without the need for human intervention. Thanks to its exceptional resistance ASM 20 Plus can melt and cast all types of alloys: precious, Palladian, base, semi-base and alloys with titanium. ASM 20 Plus is equipped with a serial port for connection to a PC, which makes it possible to store and access all data regarding casting cycles using a special software. On user’s demand the casting machine can be equipped with an integrated printer and an argon gas device when required. La fonditrice ASM 15 Plus La fonditrice mod. ASM 15 Plus è una fonditrice a pressofusione semiautomatica, con azionamento induttivo e segnalato. L’operatore, dovrà soltanto capovolgere manualmente la camera di fusione e successivamente tutto il processo di fusione avverrà in modo automatico. Al termine della fase di raffreddamento un suono richiamerà l’operatore il quale dovrà riportare la camera allo stato iniziale. Grazie alla sua particolare resistenza, ASM 15 Plus può fondere tutti i tipi di lega, nobile, palladiate, seminobili, vili e anche leghe con presenza di titanio. The operator needes only to manually invert the melter and the whole casting process will be carried out automatically. At the end of the cooling phase an acoustic signal will notify the operator that the time has come to return the melter to the initial position.
