ASM 15 Plus<br />
La fonditrice mod. ASM 15 Plus è una fonditrice a<br />
pressofusione semiautomatica, con azionamento induttivo<br />
e segnalato. L’operatore, dovrà soltanto capovolgere<br />
manualmente la camera di fusione e successivamente<br />
tutto il processo di fusione avverrà in modo automatico. Al<br />
termine della fase di raffreddamento un suono richiamerà<br />
l’operatore il quale dovrà riportare la camera allo stato<br />
iniziale. Grazie alla sua particolare resistenza, ASM 15<br />
Plus può fondere tutti i tipi di lega, nobile, palladiate,<br />
seminobili, vili e anche leghe con presenza di titanio.<br />
ASM 15 Plus è predisposta di attacco seriale per<br />
connessione a PC, che permette tramite un apposito<br />
software di poter archiviare informaticamente tutti i dati<br />
relativi ad ogni ciclo di fusione.<br />
A richiesta la fonditrice può essere corredata di stampante<br />
integrata e dispositivo gas argon.<br />
ASM 15 Plus, viene fornita di kit accessori composto da:<br />

The ASM 15 Plus<br />
casting machine<br />
The ASM 15 Plus model casting machine is a semiautomatic<br />
pressure die-cast casting machine with inductive<br />
and signalled operation. The operator needes only to<br />
manually invert the melter and the whole casting process<br />
will be carried out automatically. At the end of the cooling<br />
phase an acoustic signal will notify the operator that the<br />
time has come to return the melter to the initial position.<br />
Thanks to its exceptional resistance ASM 15 Plus can melt<br />
and cast all types of alloys: precious, Palladian, base, seminoble<br />
and alloys with titanium.<br />
ASM 15 Plus is equipped with a serial port for connection<br />
to a PC, which makes it possible to store and access all<br />
data regarding casting cycles using a special software.<br />
On user demand the casting machine can be equipped<br />
with an integrated printer and an argon gas device when<br />
required.<br />
