TUBE SUPPORT CHAIN
SCHLAUCHFÜHRUNG
Le catene portatubi sono state realizzate per permettere
l’uso di grossi tubi flessibili ed eventuali cavi all’interno
di una stessa catena.
Particolarità peculiari sono i traversini curvati che sostituiscono
i tradizionali traversini fissi, mentre le fasce
laterali sono le stesse della catena tradizionale,
LC 3200 - LC 4300 - LC 5500 - LC 8500.
I traversini curvi sono smontabili con l’ausilio di un cacciavite
permettendo la sostituzione dei tubi anche a
catena montata.

Tube support chains are made to permit the use of bif,
flexible tubes and possible cables in the inside of the
same chain.
The peculiar particularity are the curved bridge pieces
that substitute the traditional fixed bridge pieces, while
the lateral bands are the same as the traditional
chains LC 3200 - LC 4300 - LC 5500 - LC 8500.
The curved bridge pieces can be disassembled with
the use of a screw-driver permitting the substitution of
the tubes also in assembled chains.

Die Schlauchführung macht es möglich bestehende
Energieführungsketten der Type LC 3200, LC 4300, LC
5500, LC 8500 auch für Saug und Druckschläuche zu
verwenden.
Die Schlauchführung wird mittels Schrauben an der
Kette befestigt.
Per corse lunghe progettiamo il primo tratto di catena controraggiato eliminando così
l’autoportanza affinché il tratto superiore scorra su quello inferiore.
Le nostre catene sono costruite in modo da poter scorrere su un piano o sovrapposte,
limitandone comunque l’usura.
For long travels we project the first section of chain to be reverse radius in order to
cancel self-supporting so that the top section slides on the bottom one.
Our chains can slide on themselves or on a plane, limiting the wear in any case.
Für lange Verfahrwege empfehlen wir den ersten Kettenabschnitt mit gegenläufigem
Radius auszuführen und eine Selbsttragung zu verhinden, um zu erreichen, daß die
obere Kette auf der unteren gleist.
Unsere Ketten sind ausgelegt aufeinander oder auf einer planen Ebene zu gleiten, um
den Verschleiß gering zu halten.
