Se il primo numero è chiaramente in <strong>di</strong>fetto rispetto alla possibilità <strong>di</strong> ospitare<br />
turisti, il secondo è quasi un valore asintotico, essendo assai poco probabile il fatto<br />
che tutte le case siano affittate contemporaneamente e per <strong>di</strong> più con una<br />
saturazione <strong>di</strong> tutti i posti letto <strong>di</strong>sponibili. I posti letto occupati, anche nei<br />
momenti <strong>di</strong> massimo affollamento, saranno pertanto un numero interme<strong>di</strong>o fra<br />
quelli segnalati. Nella fase <strong>di</strong> stima delle presenze che vedremo in seguito<br />
cercheremo <strong>di</strong> quantificare tale valore.<br />

Appare subito evidente come la capacità ricettiva nelle seconde case risulti<br />
assolutamente preponderante, che da sole hanno un numero <strong>di</strong> posti variabile fra le<br />
due e quattro volte la quello <strong>di</strong> tutte le strutture ufficiali messe insieme.
