Il Camping Oasi, affacciato sul
mare Adriatico ed immerso in una
lussureggiante vegetazione, propone ai
suoi ospiti un modello di vacanza all’aria
aperta, in totale libertà e relax.
Dalla tenda alla casetta super attrezzata,
dalla roulotte allo yacht: l’obiettivo del
Camping Oasi è di accontentare i propri
ospiti coccolandoli come se fossero a
casa loro. Il tutto in un’area strutturata
per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
A disposizione degli ospiti, una spiaggia
privata spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort.
Per i più piccoli e per chi non rinuncia
a praticare sport, sono a disposizione
due piscine con lo scivolo, un campo
da calcetto, un campo da tennis, uno da

bocce, un campo da basket ad una rete
e il campo di beach volley. Per “le buone
forchette” ci sono due ristoranti, tre bar

mod cons, from the caravan to the yacht:

disponibilità. L’automobile viene parcheggiata in un posto assegnato dalla
direzione.

Loro hanno scelto il Camping Oasi per
trascorrere le vacanze. Ed è così da
ben 11 anni. Enrico Angerer, 65 anni,
e la moglie, Dorotea Rainer, 62 anni,
ogni estate scendono da Bressanone
per vivere il loro tempo libero in piena
libertà proprio qui a Sottomarina.
“Veniamo quando vogliamo –

del camping. “Qui ci sentiamo come
a casa. I titolari sono diventati nostri
amici. Abbiamo visto crescere i loro
figli, li abbiamo visti sposare. Per
noi questa è come una famiglia”.
L’ospitalità, la qualità del servizio,
la pulizia, la simpatia, la possibilità
di vivere le vacanze in piena libertà:

il pesce che lo Chef ci cucina, per poi
poterlo gustare proprio in spiaggia.
Sapere che c’è chi cucina ciò che
scegliamo il giorno prima… beh,
anche questa è una sensazione unica”.

Sono tanti gli ospiti del Camping
Oasi a condividere le belle emozioni
dei coniugi Angerer. Tra loro c’è Pia,
una giovane signora che arriva dalla
Danimarca. Bionda e sorridente,
taglio sbarazzino, Pia descrive le sue
sensazioni seduta sotto il portico di
una villa mobile del camping, che
anche quest’anno non ha tardato a
prenotare. “In queste villette mobili
ci sentiamo come a casa nostra –
spiega Pia – Sono belle e dotate
di ogni confort. Qui non dobbiamo
sottostare ai vincoli tipici degli
alberghi, o alle piccole scomodità delle
tenda. Quest’anno siamo in 5 nella
villetta mobile, dotata di 3 camere, un
bagno, una comoda cucina e il portico,
dove la sera possiamo rilassarci e
cenare all’aperto”. Al Camping Oasi
si può dunque scegliere di vivere la
propria vacanza in una casa mobile
perfettamente attrezzata.

Many of the guests at Camping Oasi
share the enthusiasm of Mr and
Mrs Angerer. One of them is Pia, a
young lady from Denmark. Blonde
and smiling, with a rakish haircut,
Pia describes her experiences while
sitting under the porch of a mobile
home in the camping site, which she
has booked well in advance also this
year. “In these mobile homes we really
feel at ease – explains Pia – They
are attractive and equipped with all
modern comforts. You do not have
the typical constraints of a hotel here,
or the small discomforts of a tent.
This year there are five of us in the
mobile home, with three bedrooms,
a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen
and the porch, where in the evening
we can relax and have dinner al
fresco”. At Camping Oasi you can
choose to spend your holiday in a fully
furnished mobile home.

Annelino Tiozzo
Per lui questo luogo è sinonimo di
libertà e familiarità. Annelino Tiozzo, il
“padrone di casa”, apre le braccia quasi
volesse contenere tutta la terra attorno
a sé. Lui, come il fratello Roberto, ama
profondamente questo luogo. E’ una
delle sue creature, assieme ai figli
Gabriele e Valeria, e ai nipoti Andrea e
Luca, figli di Roberto Tiozzo. Questione
di passione. Passione di una famiglia, i

Tiozzo appunto, che l’arte dell’ospitalità
ce l’ha nel sangue. Questione anche di
amore: per il mare, per la sabbia candida,
per questa terra, Sottomarina, al confine
tra mare e cielo. Annelino, seduto in riva
al mare, snocciola ricordi di sé e del
campeggio. Racconta che il Camping
Oasi nasce da un’intuizione avuta nel
’75. “Proprio in quegli anni inizia a
svilupparsi il settore turistico-ricettivo
a Sottomarina”, spiega. Sorgono i primi
alberghi. La famiglia Tiozzo intuisce
l’importanza di questa trasformazione.
Uno sviluppo che non si è mai fermato
e che ha registrato un’impennata tra
il 2000 e il 2001. Negli anni Novanta
vengono sistemate le prime roulotte
attrezzate, poi, a seguito del successo
conseguito, vengono acquistate anche
le prime case mobili. L’intera struttura
è sinonimo di una vacanza easy ma
chic. Il camping piace ai turisti. “Si
sentono coccolati. Qui ciascuno viene
accolto come un amico, uno di famiglia”,
continua a raccontare Annelino. E come
non credergli. E’ lui stesso a dare il
buongiorno agli ospiti di prima mattina:
sistema le sdraio, pulisce la battigia,
saluta le persone una ad una. “Qui ci si
conosce per nome”, conferma un ospite
del camping.
“I nostri ospiti scelgono il Camping
Oasi per l’aria ricca di iodio, per la
brezza marina leggera, ma anche per il
nostro stabilimento balneare, per le due
piscine, per lo spazio giochi e i servizi
riservati ai bambini, per le specialità
enogastronomiche e il verde attrezzato.
Inoltre abbiamo una splendida
darsena (nata negli anni Settanta) e
una serie di servizi d’eccellenza che
non tutti i camping possono vantare,
come ad esempio i bagni privati,
l’animazione bilingue, tante attività
sportive ed attrazioni turistiche.

laguna di Chioggia per conoscere più
da vicino le meravigliose Tegnùe: rocce
sommerse al largo delle coste, così
chiamate dai pescatori locali per la loro
capacità di trattenere e rompere le reti.

For him this place is synonymous with
freedom and familiarity. Annelino Tiozzo,
the “landlord”, opens his arms almost
as if he wanted to include all the land
around him. Like his brother Roberto,
he is very fond of this place. It is his
offspring, together with his children
Gabriele and Valeria, and grandchildren
Andrea and Luca, the sons of Roberto
Tiozzo. It is a matter of passion: the
passion of a family, the Tiozzos, where
the art of hospitality runs in the blood.
It is also a matter of love: for the
sea, for the white sand, for this land,
Sottomarina, on the border between
sea and sky. Annelino, sitting on the
seashore, tells about himself and the
camping site. He says that Camping Oasi
is the result of an intuition dating back
to 1975. “Those were the years when
the tourism-catering sector started
to be developed in Sottomarina”, he
explains. The first hotels were built. The
Tiozzo family realised the importance of
this transformation.
The development never stopped,
and there was a peak between 2000
and 2001. During the 1990s the first
equipped caravans were placed; they
were so successful that, a little later,
the first moving homes were bought.
The whole facility is synonymous with
an easy-going but stylish holiday.
Tourists like the camping site. “They feel
pampered. Everyone here is welcomed
as a friend, a family member”, continues
Annelino. It is impossible not to believe
him. He wishes the guest good morning
in person early every day: he arranges
the deckchairs, cleans the foreshore,
greets people one by one. “We know
each other by name here”, confirms one
of the camping site guests.

because of its iodine-rich air, of the
light sea breeze, but also because of
our bathing establishment, the two
swimming pools, the playground and
services reserved for children, the good
food and wine and the picnic areas.
Moreover we have a wonderful dock (set

Many guests sail offshore from the
Chioggia lagoon in order to get to
know the fascinating Tegnùe: offshore
underwater rocks, which were given
their name by the local fisherman
because of their ability to hold down and
break the nets.
“We – concludes Annelino – like to
know that our guests come here to feel
at home. We are pleased when people
leave with a smile on their lips. That is
exactly when we know that we have
done a good job.”

spazi a tutti gli ospiti, eliminando le barriere architettoniche.

areas by all guests, eliminating architectonic barriers.
It is a state-of-the-art facility with two separate fully-equipped
bathrooms and a large wooden terrace.
La Darsena
Our Marina
In fase di sviluppo è il progetto di ricostruzione e valorizzazione della Darsena.
Attualmente conta circa 60 posti, che si punta ad aumentare nel 2011 e che
comprenderanno i servizi di alaggio, scivolo e ormeggio per varie tipologie
d’imbarcazioni. Il Camping Oasi vanta quindi una Darsena privata, notevole
valore aggiunto per raggiungere la location e trascorrere una vacanza
alternativa: un mix tra mare e natura della terraferma.
A project is currently being developed for the reconstruction and enhancement of
the Darsena (dock). At the moment there are about 60 places, which are expected
to be increased in 2011 to include services of towage, slipway and mooring for
various types of boats. The Oasi camping site has a private dock, which makes it
considerably easier to reach the location and spend an original holiday: a mixture
of sea and nature on land.

Confortevole, elegante e spaziosa, Tahiti è la casa mobile più nuova del
Camping Oasi, fiore all’occhiello della struttura, anche per le sue ampie
dimensioni (m 8,50 x 3). Una vera villetta con ampia terrazza in legno,
immersa nel verde e a due passi dal mare!
Comfortable, elegant and spacious, Tahiti is the newest moving home
at Camping Oasi, with pride of place in the facility, also thanks to its
large size (8.50 x 3 m). An actual house with a large wooden terrace,
steeped in the greenery, a short walk from the sea!
SUB / SUB
Le immersioni si effettuano sui 12 siti del parco marino le Tegnue: si possono
ammirare i famosi relitti dell’alto Adriatico (tra questi i relitti Evdokia, Vulmark...).
Prove gratuite in piscina, dal battesimo del mare fino ad aiuto istruttore.
L’imbarcazione grande si usa per le immersioni di gruppi con pasto caldo a bordo
e guida subacquea; con le imbarcazioni più piccole si effettuano immersioni e
snorkeling sulle dighe affondate di Pellestrina. Con tutte le barche si effettuano
escursioni sulle isole di Venezia e della Laguna. Possibilità di trasporto biciclette
isola Cà Roman e Pellestrina. Escursione su isole e cena al tramonto su casoni nel
mezzo della Laguna. Noleggio imbarcazioni per bagni in mare.
Diving is possible from the 12 sites of the marine park le Tegnue: it is possible
to see the fascinating upper Adriatic shipwrecks (including the Evdokia, Vulmark
remains...).
Free trials in the swimming pool, from the maiden dives to deputy instructor.
The large boat is used for group diving with a warm meal on board and a
diving instructor; the smaller boats are used for diving and snorkelling on the
submerged dams at Pellestrina. All the boats are available for excursions to the
island of Venice and the Lagoon. It is possible to take bicycles to the Cà Roman
and Pellestrina island. Excursion to the islands and dinner at sunset on cabins in
the middle of the Lagoon – Boat rental for sea bathing.

loro piccoli si divertono con gli animatori. Uno staff di professionisti si dedica al
divertimento dei bambini, dei ragazzi, e non solo… con giochi e attività ludiche,
per una vacanza all’insegna del sorriso.
A disposizione degli ospiti ombrelloni e lettini. E dato che il Camping Oasi è in
continua evoluzione, è stato aperto un rinomato ristorante proprio sulla spiaggia
per gustare piatti tipici della cucina veneziana. Per chi vuole semplicemente
rinfrescarsi, ecco l’ideale per un break: seduti all’ombra del bar fronte spiaggia,
si può scegliere tra una bibita, un gelato oppure uno stuzzichino accompagnato
dall’immancabile spritz.

While mum and dad read a book or relax on the seafront, there is organised
entertainment for children. A professional staff is dedicated to entertaining
children and not only ... with games and leisure activities, for a holiday with a

There are beach umbrellas and deckchairs available for the guests. Since
Camping Oasi is continuously developing, a renowned restaurant has been
opened right in front of the sea to enjoy the typical dishes of Venetian cuisine. For
those who are simply looking for a refreshing break, this is ideal: sitting in the
shade at the bar in front of the beach, you can choose between a soft drink, ice
cream or a snack, accompanied by a glass of spritz, of course.

Immaginate di sedervi di fronte al mare.
Voi, seduti a tavola, attendete di essere
serviti, immersi tra il profumo della
salsedine e i colori della sabbia, del
cielo e del mare. Non lontano, la melodia
rilassante delle onde che s’infrangono
sulla riva. E’ questa la scenografia
delle cene che vi aspettano al Camping
Oasi. Qui come in isole lontane, piene
di profumi e colori inebrianti. Lontano
dal caos e dalla quotidianità, ma vicino
a tutto ciò che desiderate. Coccolati
dallo staff del Camping Oasi, potrete
esplorare nuove frontiere del gusto.
I due ristoranti utilizzano prodotti freschi.
Ogni giorno vengono raccolte le verdure
direttamente dagli orti che si trovano nei
terreni vicino al campeggio, di proprietà
della famiglia Tiozzo. Carote, insalate,
zucchine, pomodori… sono tutti prodotti
dalla famiglia dei titolari. Per il pesce c’è
chi si reca quotidianamente al mercato
ittico a scegliere i prodotti più freschi,
che a Chioggia sono di casa. Sogliole,
branzini, orate, capesante, alici,
sarde, seppie, calamari, canocchie,
gamberi, granchi, polipi e poi ancora
peoci, bevarasse, caparossoli: non c’è
che l’imbarazzo della scelta. Ed è bello
per i turisti immergersi nell’atmosfera
vivace di questo luogo magico, dove
s’incontrano tradizione e gusto.
Entrambi i ristoranti, quello all’interno
del camping Oasi e quello sulla spiaggia,
ai bagni Le Tegnùe sono il luogo ideale
per un quick lunch, uno spuntino, un
aperitivo o una squisita cena in totale
relax. Tra un bagno di sole e l’altro,
si può scegliere di gustare in pausa
pranzo un sandwich con pane al forno
o di Altamura farcito con insaccati locali
e formaggi di qualità o “Veggy”, con
verdure grigliate, ideali per i vegetariani;

oppure insalatone, arricchite di diversi
ingredienti, dalle verdure, al pesce alla
frutta.
All’imbrunire è bello lasciarsi travolgere
da un panorama mozzafiato, con il sole
che tramonta all’orizzonte. In questo
scenario magico ci si può rilassare
sorseggiando uno spritz, oppure un
calice di “bollicine”, deliziati da qualche
appetizer dello chef.
Di sera, si può cenare scegliendo tra
le pietanze del ricco menu… Carpaccio
di tonno, scampi crudi e spada con
profumi mediterranei; spiedini di pesce
alla griglia; branzini, orate, sogliole alla
griglia… L’elenco delle prelibatezze
è lungo, e il tutto è accompagnato da
ottimi vini e seguito da un ricco menù
di dolci.
Il Bar Ristorante Oasi, vicino alle piscine
dispone di 60 posti a sedere. E’ aperto a
pranzo e a cena dalle 11.30 alle 14.30 e
dalle 18.00 alle 22.00. Il Bar Ristorante

stop dalle 8:00 alle 19:00.”

use fresh produce.
Every day the vegetables are picked
directly from the gardens on the plots
near the camping site, owned by the
Tiozzo family. Carrots, salads, zucchini,
tomatoes… they are all produced by
the owners’ family. As for fish, there is
someone who visits the market every
day to choose the freshest products,
which are at home in Chioggia. Soles,
sea bass, bream, scallops, anchovies,
sardines, cuttlefish, squids, squills,
lobsters, crabs, octopus, and also
mussels, bevarasse and caparossoli
clams: you are really spoilt for choice. It
is nice for tourists to delve into the lively
atmosphere of this magical place, where
tradition and taste meet.
Both restaurants, the one inside the Oasi
camping site and the one on the beach,
at the Le Tegnùe bathing establishments,
are the ideal venue for a quick lunch, a
snack, an aperitif or an excellent dinner
in total relaxation. Between sunbathing
sessions, you can enjoy a lunch break
with a sandwich made with oven-baked
or Altamura bread filled with local cold
meats or quality cheeses, or a “Veggy”,
with grilled vegetables, ideal for
vegetarians; or large salads, with a wide
range of ingredients, from vegetables, to
fish to fruit.
At dusk, it is nice to be surrounded by a
breathtaking view, with the sun setting
behind the horizon. In this magical
setting, you can relax sipping a glass
of spritz, or a stem glass of “bubbly”,
accompanied by the delightful chef’s
appetizers.
In the evening you can choose from a
varied menu of dishes… tuna carpaccio,
raw scampi and swordfish with
Mediterranean flavouring; grilled fish
on skewers; sea bass, bream, grilled
soles… The list of delicacies is long,
and the food is always accompanied by
excellent wines and followed by a full
dessert menu.
The Bar Ristorante Oasi, near the
swimming pools, can seat 60 people. It
is open for lunch and dinner, from 11.30
am to 2.30 pm and from 6 to 10 pm. The
Bar Ristorante LeTegnùe on the beach
is open non-stop from 8 am until 7 pm.
