• Fifth year does more of Internal Medicine,
Surgery and Pediatrics with added topics such as
• Epidemiology, Ophthalmology, Dermato-venerology,
Forensic Medicine, Otolaryngology, Psychiatry, Gyneco
and Obstetrics, Infectious Diseases, Family Medicine.
• The program of the sixth year is the clinical
clerkship at departments of the University
teaching hospitals and concludes with final
examinations.
• During this period, students get hands on experience by
going through various hospital rotations on Internal
Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics and Gynecology and
Obstetrics wards
