In standard installations, the different position of Left and Right channels with regard to the<br />

listening point changes the width and the phase of the perceived signal. You lose energy at high<br />

frequencies and the mid-frequency is slightly altered, too: sound is therefore unclear, as well as<br />

Driver alignment<br />

If the two bridges of the left crossover are set on TAD In/HFC In and the ones of the right<br />

crossover are set on TAD Off/HFC Off, the left channel response is improved with regard to<br />

extension, sensitivity, phase and you get the same FFT as the right channel one. The sound<br />

image the driver perceives is in the center of the virtual stage; tonal accuracy gets colorless,<br />

clearer.<br />
