Using split resin moulds,<br />
the ADS <strong>150</strong> system produces<br />
large-sized items such as<br />
shower trays, washbasins<br />
and consoles.<br />
The moulds work in the vertical<br />
position and arranged in<br />
banks, and finished work-piece<br />
extraction can be carried out<br />
either automatically or with<br />
the help of an operator.<br />
This type of layout is ideal to<br />
optimise dimensions, give free<br />
access to the mould area and<br />
facilitate all the necessary<br />
operations to obtain a daily<br />
output up to 700 work-pieces.<br />
Mould squeezing is done<br />
hydraulically, and each mould<br />
is independently fed slip,<br />
compressed air, vacuum and<br />
water, to simultaneously carry<br />
out different casting cycles.<br />
A PLC is provided to manage<br />
and supervise the entire<br />
production cycle and interact<br />
with other downstream<br />
machines.<br />

sono disposti in batteria<br />
e la sformatura dei pezzi<br />
ultimati può avvenire<br />
sia automaticamente sia con<br />
l’assistenza di un operatore.<br />
Questo tipo di layout ottimizza<br />
gli ingombri, dà accessibilità<br />
alla zona stampi e facilita<br />
tutte le operazioni necessarie<br />
ad ottenere una produttività<br />
giornaliera che può<br />
raggiungere i 700 pezzi.<br />
Il serraggio della forma<br />
avviene in modo idraulico<br />
e ogni stampo ha<br />
un’alimentazione indipendente<br />
(barbottina, aria compressa,<br />
vuoto ed acqua) così da<br />
realizzare simultaneamente<br />
cicli di colaggio differenziati.<br />
Un PLC gestisce e controlla<br />
l’intero ciclo e consente<br />
di integrarsi a valle con<br />
altri dispositivi.<br />
