MARTEDI’ 2 OTTOBRE 2012 alle ore 10. 00 , per l’avvio delle trattative e<br />
MARTEDI’ 23 OTTOBRE 2012 alle ore 10. 00 , con il seguente or<strong>di</strong>ne del giorno:<br />
1. Criteri assegnazione incarichi<br />
Le parti, poiché non sono ancora pervenute comunicazioni sulle somme effettivamente <strong>di</strong>sponibili, limitano l’incontro<br />
o<strong>di</strong>erno rivedendo gli argomenti trattati nelle riunioni precedenti:<br />
VISTI gli art. 34 e 54 del D.Lgs. 150/2009<br />
VISTO il comma 17 dell’art. 2 della Legge 135/2012 che recita “…….le determinazioni per l’organizzazione degli uffici e<br />
le misure inerenti alla gestione dei rapporti <strong>di</strong> lavoro sono assunte in via esclusiva dagli organi preposti alla gestione<br />
con la capacità e i poteri del privato datore <strong>di</strong> lavoro, fatti salvi la sola informazione ai sindacati per le determinazioni<br />
relative all’organizzazione degli uffici ovvero limitatamente alle misure riguardanti i rapporti <strong>di</strong> lavoro, l’esame<br />
congiunto, ove previsti.”<br />
VISTO che l’art. 6 del CCNL/2007 è compatibile con l’esame congiunto <strong>di</strong> cui alla legge 135/2012,<br />
DECIDONO <strong>di</strong> sottoscrivere in esame congiunto l’accordo sulle materie <strong>di</strong> cui al comma 2 dell’art. 6 del CCNL/2007,<br />
lettere h,i,j,k, l ed m, fatte salve le prerogative <strong>di</strong>rigenziali.<br />
Il presente verbale, sottoscritto dalle parti, costituisce l’Allegato B del Contratto Integrativo <strong>di</strong> <strong>Istituto</strong>. La seduta è<br />
tolta alle ore 12,00.
