Regular maintenance and the exclusive use of original Wolf spare parts are necessary preconditions for troublefree operation and a long service life. We therefore recommend you arrange a maintenance contract with a local heating contractor. 38
TGB-40/60 Maintenance instructions Safety instructions Carry out the following steps before carrying out any maintenance work. • Switch OFF the system ON/OFF switch on the Wolf gas fired boiler. The mains terminals are ‘live‘ even when the ON/OFF switch has been switched OFF. • Switch OFF the emergency stop switch (or remove fuses). ON/OFF switch Control unit overview • Close the gas shut-off valve. • Close the shut-off valves on the heating flow and return, and drain the water from the boiler. • Remove the front panel and protect it from damage. Risk of burns Several components may be hot. Let these cool down or wear gloves.
