TGB-40/60 Maintenance instructions
• Remove the plug connections from the following
components: ignition, ionisation, earth, flow and return
temperature sensor, flue gas temperature sensor and gas
fan.
Remove the hose from the mixing chamber.

• Pull the anti-radiation panel forward and unhook the
panel.

• Release the joint between the gas connection and the
mixing chamber.

• Release the nuts (3 no.) on the burner flange.
• Remove the whole assembly (mixing chamber, fan and
burner flange).
