Mount the wire whisk to the appliance
Note The wire whisk is not part of the delivery scope.
To mount the wire whisk:
� Put the wire whisk in the connection opening.
Note Slide the pivot (10) on the wire whisk into the indentation on the motor block.
� Make sure that the wire whisk is completely sitting in the connection
opening (10).
� Turn the wire whisk to the right by 90°.
� Make sure that the hand blender is fixed.
The wire whisk is mounted.
Functions control
� Mount hand blender or wire whisk.
� Press safety button (1).
� Press switch 1/0 (2).
The appliance is switched on, the motor is running.
Appliance with speed regulation
To set the speed:
� Press switch 1/0 (2) lighter resp. harder.
The motor changes speed.
Switching off
� Make sure that the inserts do not rotate in the air.
To switch off the appliance:
� Release switch 1/0 (2), switch engages.
� Press switch 1/0 (2).
� Release switch 1/0 (2).
The appliance is switched off.
� When the appliance has stopped rotating, take the inserts out of the container.
� Separate the hand blender resp. the wire whisk from the appliance.
Blend food with the hand blender
� Clean the appliance before use (see Cleaning).
� Make sure that the hand blender is mounted correctly.
� Make sure that pots are not standing on hot plates.
� Make sure that the motor block does not touch the food.
Note Use a hand blender of sufficient length.
