comportamenti, garantendo consistenza fra un progetto e l’altro (a livello di<br />
Project Office, se esiste)<br />
• Sia il management che I project team vengono <strong>for</strong>mati su EVM<br />
• Il gruppo EVPG assiste nel progettare una procedura o System<br />
Decsription rotagliate sulle esigenze e possibilità dell’organizzazione<br />
• In un apposito repository (meglio se una componente integrata del <strong>PMI</strong>S),<br />
il gruppo EVPG mantiene una sorta di <strong>Earned</strong> <strong>Value</strong> library:<br />
