• Consistenza (consistency) = valore dei workpackages<br />
• Complessità (complexity) = WBS fan-out<br />
• Carico di lavoro (workload) = work packages per CAM, managers, …<br />
• Latenza (data latency) = giorni fra l’accounting ed il reporting<br />
• Stabilità (baseline stability) = numero di re-pianificaizoni per unità di tempo<br />
• Entità della ripianificazione (re-plan value) = rapportato alla baseline<br />
• Correttezza (correctness) = numero di modifiche retroattive alla rilevazione<br />
• Sensibilità (sensitivity) = quando i dati EVMS hanno dato l’uscita finale<br />
