FAQ and tips
- What does it mean that the password must be “8 digit
alphanumeric”
It means that you have to choose a password and log in which must
made up by figures and letters for a total of 8.
- What is the REA code
This code is valid only for some countries, if you don’t know it just
digit the VAT number again.
- Why I can’t order even if I correctly log in

- What are the traffic light beside the product code
They represent our stock availability. Green means that the product
can be ordered and is available ins stock, yellow means that the
stock is running poor and you may not find this product the next
time, red means that we are out of stock and the product will be
available at the “date of arrival”.
- What does date of arrival means
It’s a very important information, our system is able to tell you exactly
when the products will be available again and the exact quantity.
