TEMPERATURE plays a vital role in guaranteeing food quality.
DIXELL presents it's new range of HACCP controllers for refrigeration: XR700 and
XW700 series. This series introduces a new concept to satisfy HACCP rules. These
controllers are able, even as stand alone units, to constantly monitor temperatures,
alarms and status, identifying, signalling and recording only the critical points. They
can also be connected to a monitoring & alarm system if preferred. A new dual display
with icons and large internal memory makes them simple and intuitive to use:
- Analyse Temperature Critical Control Points
- Record any alarm conditions with their start/stop times and dates plus critical
temperatures reached
- Correctly store products
- Guarantee food qualities

LA TEMPERATURA occupa un ruolo fondamentale nel garantire la
qualità del cibo.
DIXELL presenta, con le serie XR700 e XW700, un nuovo concetto di regolatore per
la refrigerazione in grado di soddisfare le norme HACCP. Il controllore svolge un'azione
costante di monitoraggio identificando, segnalando e registrando solo i punti critici.
Gli strumenti, sono in grado di funzionare sia da soli che collegati a un sistema di
monitoraggio e supervisione. Grazie al nuovo doppio display con icone e alla memoria
interna è possibile in modo semplice e intuitivo:
- Analizzare i punti critici di temperatura
- Sottolineare i picchi e la loro durata

SAFE FOOD
ZONE
When a high (or low) temperature alarm occurs, instrument
records the start 1 and end time 2 , the date and the
maximum (or minimum) temperature 3 reached.
Durante un allarme di alta (o bassa) temperatura lo strumento
registra l'istante di inizio 1 , di fine 2 , la temperatura
massima (o minima) raggiunta 3 e quando si verifica.
Blackout alarm / Allarme di black out
SAFE FOOD
ZONE
If, after a blackout, the temperature is higher than the alarm
value, the start of the blackout 1 and the end of alarm
temperature 2 together with the max temperature reached
3 are recorded.
Se al termine di un black out la temperatura supera il valore
di allarme, lo strumento registra l'inizio del black out 1 ,
la massima temperatura raggiunta 3 e la fine dell’allarme
di temperatura 2 .

NORMAL OPERATION
The controller displays temperature and time. The output
status is monitored by small leds on the display.
SITUAZIONE NORMALE
Il controllore visualizza la temperatura e l’ora. Lo stato delle
uscite è indicato dai punti luminosi sul display.
TEMPERATURE ALARM
The controller displays the temperature and how far away
it is from the set point.
SEGNALAZIONE DI ALLARME
Se la temperatura supera il valore critico impostato, il
controllore visualizza la temperatura reale e di quanto essa
supera il set point.
BOOK OF ALARMS LIST
The last 20 alarms are recorded in the controller. The book
icon flashing means that a new alarm has occurred. To see
the alarm list press one of the HACCP buttons.
LISTA ALLARMI
Gli ultimi 20 allarmi sono automaticamente memorizzati.
Se un allarme si aggiunge alla lista l’icona agenda inizia a
lampeggiare. Premendo uno dei tasti HACCP si entra
direttamente nella lista degli allarmi.
COMPLETE INFO ON THE
EVENTS
Book of Alarms List contains the record of previous alarms
- type of alarm (ie, high temp, blackout etc.), times, duration,
dates, critical temperatures reached.
UN’INFORMAZIONE COMPLETA
La lista degli allarmi contiene l’indicazione della temperatura
massima e quando si è verificata, e la durata dell’allarme
di temperatura o black out.
SAFE AND PROTECTED
A Security Code can be required for the
following operations:
• Reset alarm list
• High/Low alarm values modification

FACILITY
An optional hand held infrared reader unit is available to download
from controllers (up to 40) all the recorded data and to transfer them
directly to a printer provided with IR port. A PC is not required.
