10416UK6.3 Hazardous area and residual risksThe propeller is protected by a flow conveyor and relevant supports. However, it isexposed on both the suction and expulsion sides. Additional protections were not installedin these areas since they would significantly reduce fluid passage in the conduit, drasticallyreducing propulsion system performance.Catching and cutting riskDo not introduce any object or body part in the flow conveyor in contactwith rotating propeller blades. Except for the hand on the trigger, keep atleast 40 cm away from the propulsion group during use.Above water, make sure the battery has been removed before touching the propeller.Back-lumbar injury riskAbove water, use caution if the vehicle is manually lifted in incorrectpositions.Crushing riskWhen closing the hull, be careful not to place fingers between the twoparts.6.4 Safety deviceThere is a torque limiter between the engine group and propeller. When the resistanceapplied to the propeller exceeds a certain winding moment, it triggers preventing thepropeller from continuing to rotate. The device emits a rhythmic noise that immediately warns its triggering. As soon as thissituation occurs, immediately release the trigger, turn off power using the main switch andfree the propeller from the foreign object.Do not continuously run over 10 seconds. The torque limiter isdesigned for emergency use and prolonged running could causedamages. If use conditions permit the foreign body to be removed from the propeller during the divein total safety, remove it. Otherwise, it is best to abandon the ADV and recover it later.TO ENSURE YOUR USER INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE LATEST VERSION OF THIS MANUAL FROM WWW.SUEX.ITPag. 9
