The automatic cut off device that prevents fully batterydepletion was installed for this reason.25.1 Important noteAfter ADV use, always remember to cut off motor power using the circuit breaker.This is because the ADV electronic control, even if the motor is not running, consumes asmall amount of energy which, in the long term, depletes the battery.26 Battery polarity inversionThis phenomenon is due to battery overheating, where the positive pole ofone or more sells becomes negative and vice versa.Consequently, during charge, voltage input by the battery charger,required to restore the chemical reaction that generates power, moves inthe exact opposite direction to that useful, generating high cell overheatingin short circuit.The phenomenon is rare, but may occur if the battery is used incorrectly.Should you suspect that the battery was overheated, we recommend youdo not attempt to charge it, since hazardous, and contract SUEX customerservice who will make all necessary inspections.IMPORTANT NOTE!Also remember that the scooter inevitably stops running when the cut off device istriggered.
