Uomini ormai anziani battono ancora ilferro sotto gli occhi dei figli apprendisti e curiosi; impagliatoristanno seduti sulle sedie all’aperto, davanti al negozio, acreare cestini e imbottiture, mentre gli intagliatori portanoavanti la maestria nell’arte sacra con icone di legno d’acero,finemente lavorate. Unfortunately,today there are very few women able to employ the loom,which is used mainly to make bridal dowries and embroideriesfollowing traditional drawings.
