diritti connessi al suo esercizio. Ogni atto di<br />
concorrenza sleale e ogni abuso, saranno perseguiti sia<br />
in sede civile che in sede penale ai sensi di legge.<br />
The trade mark “Arando” is registered in Italy and<br />
abroad. Antonino Rando’s creations of “Jewellery,<br />
Watches and Sculptures” are protected by law n. 663<br />
of the 22/04/1941 - Authors’ Rights’ Protection and<br />
other rights connected to his service. Any act of unfair<br />
competition and any abuse, will be prosecuted in<br />
pursuant of such law, both in the civil and criminal courts.
