ANSA Samfunn <strong>Karrieremail</strong> Juni 2013 vil få anledning til å prøve seg på vidt forskjellige oppgaver innenfor mange av ambassadens beskjeftigelsesområder. Bern er hovedstaden i Sveits og ligger meget sentralt plassert i hjertet av Europa. Et opphold i Bern vil by på gode muligheter til å praktisere tysk, både skriftlig og muntlig, samt andre europeiske språk. Det er kort avstand til Alpene og nabolandene Frankrike, Tyskland og Italia. Da Sveits har et særdeles godt utbygd offentlig transportsystem, kan alle fire språkregioner nås på kort tid. På ambassaden vil praktikanten møte hyggelige og omgjengelige kollegaer. Bern har for øvrig et rikt praktikantmiljø, og det er gode muligheter til å knytte et internasjonalt sosialt nettverk. Praktikantperioden vil vare seks måneder fra tiltredelse primo september 2013. The project is part of a four year international research project, GR:EEN -‐ Global Reordering: Evolution through European Networks, funded by the European Union 7 th Framework Programme. The intern will work under the supervision of and report directly to leader of Work Package 5 (European Public Policy: Energy and Environment) in GR:EEN, Nina Græger. The position will be filled as a 10 % position and monthly salary is NOK 2797 (salary class 34). The intern will take part in NUPI’s daily activities and have access to NUPI facilities. The internship may be combined with studies and flexible working hours may be negotiated. We are looking for students or young scholars with completed Bachelor degree (as a minimum) and experience and/or knowledge and genuine interest in the field of energy, energy security and governance and who have high working capacity. Candidates must have solid writing and communicating skills in English. Vi kan tilby: • The internship gives an insight into how UNHCR and the UN operate and provides interns with an opportunity to gain practical work in an international organization. • The internship is a full-‐time position which lasts for five to six months. At the moment we are looking for an intern to start in July 2013. UNHCR is unfortunately not able to provide financial compensation to interns. Krav til søker: • You have very good skills in English and Norwegian. Other Nordic and Baltic languages are an asset. • Interns should be able to work independently in an international working environment.
