Post bank gave Norwegian National colours to Norbatt team.<br />
Bver since '79 the office at "Port Knox" was opened there has<br />
been a vast queue outside, explaining the popularity of the two<br />
positions Post & Pay. With a collected cash-flow of approximately<br />
$ 1,2 mill a month, and almost 25 tons of parcel-post,<br />
the two headmasters of each office - the captains Steins vik &<br />
Rovik needed a new building with air-condition to keep their<br />
heads cool. This resulted in Pengebingen - the Money bin <br />
being opened at "Kristensen's place" in 4-1 officially on the<br />
22 of March '97. Norbatt had put in $ 15000 in national funding<br />
to have it erected, while Norwegian post sent the interior<br />
and UNIFIL the air-condition - indeed a fruitful cooperation.<br />
This was also planned to be the end ofUN-personnelliving in<br />
Bbl es Saqi, as the P&P-people were to disband their beloved<br />
"Tåkeheim" and start living in "Aker Brygge" instead.<br />
