Trata-se de memorando atraves do qual a Consultoria-Geral <strong>da</strong> Unik (CGU),<br />
pelo seu Departamento de OrientaÇk e CoordenaÇâo de 0rgks Juridicos (DECOR/CGU)<br />
solicita manifestaÇk desta <strong>CONJUR</strong>/MPS acerca <strong>da</strong> "possibili<strong>da</strong>de de contagern de tempo<br />
ficto para aposentadoria dos servidores <strong>da</strong>s carreiras policiais federais (adicional de 20%<br />
sobre o tempo de serviÇo prestado sob a 4ride <strong>da</strong> Lei n° 3.313/57); e aplicaÇ'do dos principios<br />
<strong>da</strong> pari<strong>da</strong>de e integrali<strong>da</strong>de a aposentadoria especial dos servidores <strong>da</strong>s carreiras policiais,<br />
prevista <strong>da</strong> Lei Complementar n° 51/85".<br />
2. A consulente encaminha, ain<strong>da</strong>, c6pia <strong>da</strong> Nota Tecnica n° 464/2010-<br />
COGES/DENOP/SRH/MP, <strong>da</strong> Secretaria de Recursos Humanos do Ministerio do<br />
Planejamento; e <strong>da</strong> Nota n° 62/2010/CEP/CGLEG/<strong>CONJUR</strong>/MJ e Despacho n° 128/2010<br />
CEP/CGLEG/<strong>CONJUR</strong>/MJ, ambos <strong>da</strong> Consultoria Juridica do Ministerio <strong>da</strong> JustiÇa.<br />
3 Todos esses documentos tratam do mesmo assunto ora consultado a esta<br />
<strong>CONJUR</strong>/MPS.<br />
4. Pela documentaÇk encaminha<strong>da</strong> pela CGU, verifica-se que a consulta teth por<br />
objetivo subsidiar a atuaÇk do DEAX/CGU (Departamento de Assuntos Extrajudiciais)<br />
perante o Tribunal de Contas <strong>da</strong> Unik - TCU.<br />
5. Recebi<strong>da</strong> a consulta, esta <strong>CONJUR</strong>/MPS solicitou informac6es ao<br />
Departamento dos Regimes de Previdencia no Servico Pnblico deste Ministerio <strong>da</strong> Previdencia<br />
