A promoção da prática desportiva mas também o "exercício" do
bom convívio e do espírito de equipa. Este tem sido o mote das competições
de BTT promovidas desde 2006 junto dos trabalhadores
da José Júlio Jordão.
Da inteira responsabilidade dos colaboradores, sendo assim eventos não
oficiais da empresa, as provas, que este ano entraram na 4º edição, têm
conseguido promover "espírito de entreajuda e de equipa" entre os trabalhadores
através "do convívio ao ar livre" e "da prática da modalidade
desportiva", afirma Silvano Pereira, desenhador profissional
(Pro-Engeneer) do Departamento de Eng. Produto e dinamizador da competição.
Da equipa que promove e dinamiza este evento também fazem
parte o Luís Miguel Lopes (Dept. Compras) e pelo Pedro Rodrigues (desenhador
tal como o Silvano).

'Promoting sporting activities to build team spirit and foster social
interaction' - is the motto of the BTT (All-Terrain Biking) competitions
that have been promoted since 2006 which involve José Júlio
Jordão's workforce.
These non-official sporting events organized entirely by the employees this
year have taken place for the fourth year running and succeeded in promoting
"a team and friendly spirit of cooperation amongst the staff"
through "open air social get-togethers" and "practising some kind of
sport," says Silvano Pereira, a professional designer (Pro-Engineer)
in the Engineering Product Department and a driving force behind
the competition. Other team members who promote the event are
Luís Miguel Lopes (Purchasing Department) and Pedro Rodrigues
(like Silvano also a designer).
