What can I take as hand baggage?<br />
Comida<br />
Pode levar fruta, vegetais e todos os<br />
alimentos sólidos na sua bagagem de mão.<br />
Contudo, alimentos com molhos ou com<br />
um elevado teor líquido (como pastas e<br />
sopas) devem ser colocados num mesmo<br />
saco transparente, como quaisquer líquidos,<br />
cremes, géis e pastas.<br />

Food<br />
You can carry fruit, vegetables and all solid<br />
foods in your hand baggage. However, foods<br />

pastes and soups) need to go in a transparent<br />
bag, as any other liquids, creams, gels and<br />

You’re welcome to take drinks in cans,<br />
bottles, plastic containers and cartons, but<br />
these can’t be over 100ml. They also need<br />
to be carried in a transparent, re-sealable,<br />
plastic bag. The size of the bag must be<br />
no larger than 20cm x 20cm (1 litre) and<br />
is restricted to one per person. Drinks that<br />
are open or that you are consuming prior<br />
to the Security checkpoint cannot<br />
be carried through and must be fully<br />
consumed or discarded.<br />

packaging) are allowed, as are nondisposable<br />
lenses with a small amount of<br />

applies). Only razors where the blade is<br />
fully and permanently enclosed and razor<br />
cartridges are allowed in hand baggage.<br />
The following products must be in<br />
containers less than 100ml, and must<br />
also be in a transparent, resealable,<br />
bag (20cm x 20cm). Contents must fit<br />
completely inside the plastic bag so it can<br />
be sealed along with any liquids, creams,<br />

Os passageiros poderão transportar na sua<br />
bagagem de mão os seguintes Líquidos, Aerossóis<br />
e Géis (LAG):<br />
• LAG cujos recipientes tenham capacidade inferior<br />
a 100ml ou equivalente (100gr), acondicionados<br />
dentro de um saco de plástico transparente cuja<br />
capacidade total não exceda 1 litro (aprox. 20cm<br />
X 20cm), que possa ser aberto e fechado de novo.<br />
• LAG necessários por razões médicas ou por<br />
necessidades dietéticas especiais, incluindo<br />
comida de bebé;<br />
• LAG adquiridos nas lojas situadas após o controlo<br />
de segurança do Aeroporto ou a bordo das<br />
aeronaves, desde que acondicionados dentro<br />
de um saco inviolável selado e com o recibo de<br />
compra no seu interior.<br />
Os restantes líquidos, aerossóis e géis em<br />
recipientes de capacidade superior a 100ml, salvo<br />
as exceções mencionadas acima, deverão ser<br />
transportados na bagagem de porão.<br />

Passengers are allowed to carry in hand<br />
baggage the following Liquids, Aerosols and<br />
Gels (LAGs):<br />
• LAGs whose containers have a capacity<br />
not greater than 100ml or equivalent<br />

reduzida que viajem num estado membro<br />
da UE. Inclui meios mecânicos facilitadores<br />
da mobilidade, escadas e tapetes rolantes,<br />
elevadores, sinalização e orientação adequadas,<br />
bem como profissionais capacitados para<br />
o efeito, que asseguram total assistência.<br />
QUEM PODE SOLICITAR?<br />
Qualquer pessoa com deficiência ou com<br />
mobilidade reduzida que pretenda utilizar os<br />
serviços aéreos comerciais de passageiros,<br />
com partida, destino ou trânsito num Aeroporto<br />
situado num Estado-Membro da União<br />
Europeia a que se aplique o Tratado.<br />
COMO RESERVAR?<br />
O serviço MyWay deve ser requisitado à<br />
companhia aéra transportadora ou ao seu<br />
agente, no momento da reserva da viagem, até<br />
48 horas antes da hora publicada da partida do<br />
voo. Esta informação é de imediato transmitida<br />
pela companhia aérea aos Aeroportos<br />
envolvidos, que assegurarão a assistência<br />

O passageiro ao chegar ao Aeroporto, deverá<br />
procurar a sinalização devidamente indicada,<br />
ao qual chamamos de Ponto Designado de<br />
Chegada. Aqui, deverá informar o serviço<br />
MyWay da sua chegada ao Aeroporto, através<br />
do telefone disponível para o efeito.<br />
Reduced Mobility<br />
MyWay is a personalized support service<br />
for disabled passengers travelling in a EU<br />
member state. It provides mobility lifts,<br />
escalators and moving walkways, elevators,<br />
appropriate signage and guidance and<br />
qualified professionals providing full<br />
assistance.<br />
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?<br />
Any person with a disability or reduced<br />
mobility who intends to use commercial<br />
passenger services, departing, arriving or<br />
stopping over at an Airport situated in the<br />
territory of a Member State to which the<br />
Treaty applies.<br />
HOW TO PRE-BOOK?<br />
The MyWay service should be pre-booked<br />
with the air carrier or its agent when<br />
reserving the journey, up to 48 hours<br />
before the published departure time for<br />
the flight. This information is immediately<br />
transmitted to the Airports services which<br />
will provide the necessary assistance.<br />

When arriving at the Airport, passangers<br />
should look for signs indicating the<br />

Para o desembarque é a companhia aérea<br />
transportadora, ou o agente, que deverá<br />
notificar o Aeroporto da necessidade<br />
da prestação do serviço MyWay. Desta<br />
forma, o passageiro será acompanhado<br />
desde o seu lugar no avião até ao Ponto<br />
Designado de Partida existente na Área de<br />
Chegadas do Aeroporto, local onde termina a<br />
responsabilidade do Aeroporto. Nesse percurso<br />
tem direito a assistência pessoal e de bagagem.<br />
Nota: o agente designado para fazer<br />
a assistência do serviço MyWay é identificável<br />
por um colete com o pictograma indicado.<br />
