A esthetic smile recovery of a severe alveolar bone loss
Abstract
This case report describes an integrated dental
treatment in 21 years old female that had suffered
from a local aggressive periodontitis. She reported
an orthodontic and periodontal treatment at
her adolescence. The posterior occlusion had
been treated, keeping the transposition between

canines and premolars in both sides; however she
had severe bone loss in the anterior region after
the periodontal procedures in that time. Another
periodontal treatment was done, as well as a
simplified orthodontic retreatment, and then was
finalized by an aesthetic fill procedure.
