四、結論<br />

1.以水熱反應法,經 200℃持溫 24 小時,可合<br />

成出純相之InVO4光觸媒,其粒徑大小約為<br />

70nm。<br />

2.水熱反應法合成之InVO4光觸媒擁有較佳之<br />

水分解反應活性。以固態反應法和水熱反應<br />

法合成之InVO4光觸媒,其照光分解水產氫<br />

效率分別為 432.7 μmol‧ gcat.<br />

-1 和 491.9<br />

-1 。<br />

3.InVO4光觸媒之水分解反應活性是隨反應時<br />

間之增長而降低,其第五個小時的反應活性<br />

約為第一個小時反應活性的 20%。<br />
