La rândul lor, indicii medii ai preţurilor din cei doi anise <strong>de</strong>termină ca medii aritmetice simple ale indicilorlunari din fiecare an, calculaţi faţă <strong>de</strong> aceeaşi bază(octombrie 1990 = 100).Rata anuală a inflaţiei reprezintă creşterea preţurilor<strong>de</strong> consum într-o lună din anul curent, faţă <strong>de</strong>aceeaşi lună a anului prece<strong>de</strong>nt.Se calculează ca un raport exprimat procentual, întreindicele preţurilor dintr-o lună din anul curent şiindicele din luna corespunzătoare a anuluiprece<strong>de</strong>nt, calculaţi faţă <strong>de</strong> aceeaşi bază, din carese sca<strong>de</strong> 100.Rata inflaţiei la sfârşitul anului reprezintă creştereapreţurilor <strong>de</strong> consum în luna <strong>de</strong>cembrie a unui an faţă<strong>de</strong> aceeaşi lună a anului prece<strong>de</strong>nt.Rata se calculează pe baza produsului indicilor lunaricu baza în lanţ raportaţi la 100. From this product, expressed inpercentages, 100 is substracted.PRICES AND PRICE INDICES OF THE MAINAGRICULTURAL PRODUCTSThe price indices of the agricultural productsmeasure the overall evolution of prices for theagricultural products sold by the domesticagricultural producers during a certain period (calledcurrent period) as against a previous period (calledbasic or reference period).The observation and collection of the prices thatare taken into account for the calculation of averageprices and price indices are performed selectively,based on the representative sale channels,<strong>de</strong>pending on the product’s nature, using a sampleof 100 agro-food markets, 50 fairs, about 100manufacturers, about 50 wholesalers, about 70agricultural trading companies, agricultural researchand production units.The sample of products comprises the varietiesthat are representative for each product and whichare selected based on their specific characteristics:quality, kind, size, weight and age, etc. and themost commune marketing conditions.Prices are recor<strong>de</strong>d with a weekly frequency withinthe agro-food market and with a monthly frequencyas regards the fairs, manufacturers, wholesalersand agricultural trading companies.8
