Net Data Capture The WNS team is responsible for identifying and capturing the net rate for all cargo that is carried on the host airline. These net rates are devoid of incentive and commission, and enable the airline to identify its true revenue. The team also ensures that the search charges are accurately charged to the agents. The WNS Value The team processes an average of 25,000 AWBs each month with an accuracy of approximately 98.65 percent. Cargo Billing and Processing The WNS team is responsible for clearing the flown processing exceptions and ensuring that all flown cargo is billed out accurately. The billing team ensures that all agents that have used the airline to move their cargo are invoiced. They prepare a provisional and a final invoice, each of which is sent out to the stations or uploaded to CASS according to the billing timelines.
