• Contributions should be sent in 2 typescript copies
and on a diskette. Word for Windows 98/2000/XP
is recommended.
EDITORIAL ELABORATION
• All contributions are reviewed in accordance with
current requirements for the assessment of this
type of elaborations. Contributions are assessed
by reviewers anonymously, and the author receives
a notice from the Editorial Board about acceptance
or rejection of the paper. The author may provide
names of persons who (in his or her opinion) should
not assess the article. Corrections of the text
is made by the first author or one of co-authors.
Papers not qualified for print are returned only on
request.
• The Publisher acquires the general exclusive copyright
to print the publication including dissemination
of the publication on electronic media and
on the Internet.
The Editorial Board
