Case No. 5 (F age 32). This patient was diagnosed<br />

with APMPPE in both eyes. After a month, the<br />

disease evolved in the left eye towards Birdshot<br />

retinopathy and papilloedema of the optic nerve.<br />

Case No. 6 (M age 55) The patient had two clinical<br />

forms of White dot syndrome in the same eye:<br />

APMPPE and serpiginous choroidopathy. Placoid<br />

lesions appeared in various forms of the disease<br />

evolution. APMPPE and serpiginous choroidopathy<br />

evolved towards the severe form of serpiginous<br />

choroidopathy.
