Heavy-duty connectors for confined spaces
The heavy-duty Heavycon
EVO connectors feature the
patented EVO-Lock system.
This allows flexible adjustment
of the cable outlet direction on
site. The EVO series now includes
the low-profile sleeve housing in
sizes B16 and B24 and a B6-TWIN
housing with two flexible cable
outlets and a lever locking system.
These new products are
particularly suitable for use in
confined spaces.
They are made of robust highperformance
plastic with impact
resistance IK09 and degree of
protection IP66, NEMA 4X. They
are also industry-standardcompatible
and can be combined
with all standard commercial
aluminum housings.
As well as the new B6-TWIN
housing the product range also
includes TWIN housings in sizes
B10 to B24 with lateral lever lock.
A great advantage of the EVO
19.3
series is reduced storage costs.
Up to 75% reduction in housing
size because the matching cable
glands with bayonet interlocking
allow both a lateral and a direct
cable outlet direction with one
housing.

Reliable level
detection in
hazardous
areas
LMT sensors reliably detect
levels in storage tanks in
explosive areas. They can be used
in zones 2 and 22.
The sensor with its high-quality
housing materials such as highgrade
stainless steel (316L / 1.4404)
and PEEK meets all requirements
for hygienic areas. This includes
approvals such as EHEDG and FDA.
The LMT can be adjusted to
almost all liquid and viscous media
as well as powders.
The distinction between two
media in the same application
is possible due to the two
switching outputs which can be
set independently. Convenient
parameter setting is made via IO-
Link.
Applications for these sensors
include liquids, viscous media and
powders.
