how access for diverse groups <strong>of</strong> students changed from 1970 until 2000. You can examine <strong>the</strong> changes from 1970-<br />

2000 that are documented in <strong>the</strong> Readings, toge<strong>the</strong>r with any o<strong>the</strong>r online research that you are able to conduct.<br />

Address <strong>the</strong> following questions in your response:<br />

Has student access to higher education increased since 1970? What evidence supports your position? Are <strong>the</strong>re<br />

groups <strong>of</strong> individuals who still have limited access to higher education? Describe those groups. How do you think <strong>the</strong><br />

cost <strong>of</strong> college affects student access? After you post your initial responses, comment on your classmates' posts. Do<br />

you agree or disagree with <strong>the</strong>ir opinions? Remember to support your replies with references to <strong>the</strong> Reading materials<br />
