6.3.1 Security

The premises of CTL Seal are subject to CCTV monitoring for the purposes of
security and safety of employees. Any requests for copies of images taken
should be addressed to the Managing Director.
The Directors of CTL Seal reserve the right to search or give permission to
search employees and their property, including lockers and vehicles. A witness
will be present during any such search. Any search will be carried out in line
with the Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work Policy.
