Responsibilities:
Keep full set of accounts including AP/AR, invoicing, petty cash disbursement,
bank reconciliation, management accounts, GST returns and taxation matters of the
company
Logistic arrangements
General office admin. duties including receptions, answering phones and emails
Ad hoc duties as assigned by the company from time to time
Requirements:
Min. 1 - 2 years relevant experience
LCCI or equivalent qualifications
Team-player
Meticulous in work
Independent and hardworking
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Familiar with MS Excel and Words
Ability to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added
advantage
5 ½ days/week
Working Hours:
Mondays – Fridays: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
Saturdays: 8.30 am – 1.00 pm
