Sataplia Nature Reserve - There is a small<br />
river that flow from a cave. 30 million years<br />
ago, this 200 meter long river created the<br />
cave where stalactites and stalagmites<br />
abound. Scientists discovered dinosaur<br />
f o o t p r i n t s i n t h e a r e a w h i c h i s a<br />
phenomenal view into the times when<br />
these giant creatures roamed the earth.<br />
Enjoy lunch with a traditional Georgian<br />
family who will serve you traditional local<br />
dishes.<br />
Martvili Canyon - Take a boat voyage<br />
through the canyon, a place of a truly<br />
charming beauty. The canyon is famous for<br />
its archeological finds as well as its beauty.<br />
In the area near the canyon scientist have<br />
found petrified bones of animals and paw<br />
prints of dinosaur that lived millions of<br />
years ago. It is possible to walk on a canyon<br />
by the boat and go on the top to reach 7<br />
meter tall falls.<br />

Mar tvili Monaster y - This ancient<br />
Georgian monastery named for St Maria<br />
was built in the 7th century. One of the most<br />
important spiritual centers of Georgia and a<br />
r e m a r k a b l e e x a m p l e o f G e o r g i a n<br />
architecture. Inside the temple you will find<br />
frescoes dated from XIV, XVI and XVII<br />
centuries. As an option on the way back to<br />
Batumi, you can stop at the amusement<br />
park Tsitsinatela for some fun for children<br />
and adults alike. Also a new theme park<br />
“ Georgia in Miniatures” presents 44<br />
miniatures of architectural monuments<br />
from many places in Georgia. At a 1:25 scale,<br />
they display the rich architectural heritage<br />
