The cards
The games and the 4 pillars
Most of the cards found in the KIT are examples of movement
games taken from the Joy of moving manual, which
can be found as tutorial videos in modules 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d.
The games are in step with a holistic method that involves all
the domains of the individual, with particular focus on a
specific "pillar" of movement. They are organized into varied
progressions so that each child can "get involved" based on
their degree of psychophysical development.
Each card recaps the essential information concerning the age of the players, the necessary
equipment, the game's description, the variations and the appropriate teaching strategies to
evolve the game.
