Provides a flexible alternative to multiple connectors, reducing the cost of an NMEA
2000 cable installation. A double fused connection limits the current to the safe level
for the network power hook-up. Power and data LEDs provide connection information.
● Up to six NMEA 2000 network drops
● Compatible with 4800 to 250k baud
● QNB-1-PMW version has 6 micro
connectors for ‘plug and play’
installation
Actisense Software
NMEA Reader is a vital diagnostic tool that allows the viewing and recording of
information from NMEA 2000 or NMEA 0183 networks.
EBL Reader allows log files recorded by NMEA Reader and Actisense Toolkit to be
viewed, analysed, filtered and exported helping users diagnose network issues and
connection problems.
Actisense are continuously updating and releasing new tools and features to help
users get the most out of their Actisense products.
● Receives and displays NMEA 2000 messages and NMEA 0183 sentences
● Provides detailed information on the currently selected messages
● View mulitiple connections simultaneously
● Record log files of received data as EBL files for viewing with EBL Reader
● Access configuration options for both the NGT-1 and NGW-1 devices
● Actisense software is freely available at www.actisense.com
Actisense Cloud
ActisenseCloud harnesses the power of cloud computing and gives users the ability
to upload EBL log files from any NMEA 2000 network and to easily view data from all
available PGN’s online. Users are also able to download these in common formats
such as Excel, as well as formats such as GPX and KML, which allows users to then
plot their journeys over time on Google Maps and Google Earth.
● ActisenseCloud is free to use. Set up your free
account on https://actisense.cloud/
● Easily view and analyse all logged boating
data, including speed, depth, temperature,
heading and much more, over time
● Convert EBL to the most commonly useful
formats, including GPX, KML, XLS (XLSX) and
MDF format, making plotting on Google Maps
& Google Earth, and filtering via Excel, simple
and stress free.
NMEA 0183 SYSTEMS
USG-2 Isolated USB to Serial Gateway
005-USG-2 £118.63
005-USG-2CABLE USG-2 USB cable £9.96
The safest way to connect a boats data network to an onboard PC. It converts a USB
port into a bidirectional serial port suitable for connecting to a marine standard NMEA
0183 data bus. Electrical isolation is provided by the ISO-Drive output and OPTOisolated
input making installation simple and free from ground loops.
● Inputs & outputs protected against over voltage, ESD & short circuits
● Simple installation
● Protects PC from damage
● Eliminates ground loops
● NMEA 0183, RS422 & RS232 compatible
Analogue to NMEA 0183
Listeners
The Active Depth/Speed/Temperature Module is the market-leading way to take
analogue transducers into the digital age. Used with new or existing transducers fitted
to a vessel, the Active DST Module digitises depth, speed and temperature transducer
signals into NMEA data to deliver best-in-class seabed tracking.
● Depth frequencies of 150kHz, 170kHz
or 200kHz
● Depth range 0.3 to 200m, 0.01m
resolution
● Speed/Log sensor 0.5kn to 50kn,
0.01kn resolution
● Temperature sensor 0°C to +40°C,
0.01°C resolution
● NMEA 0183 data output once/second
● Configurable (depth, speed &
temperature)
