(Customs Act, Chap. 78:01) 

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon the Comptroller of Customs and Excise under the Customs Act, Chap. 78:01, I, Leonard 

Watty, Acting Comptroller of Customs and Excise, acting under the provisions of section 263(2) of the said Act, do hereby appoint the 

place specified in the Schedule hereto to be a Private Warehouse for the storage, pending entry for home consumption or export, of the 

following goods as shall be warehoused by or in the private warehouse of Messrs: York Garments Ltd. of 181, El Socorro Road, San 

Juan—wearing Apparel and Headwear Printed and Embroidered, Candles and Candle Gift Sets, Desk Stationery, Gift Items which 

include Clocks, Pens, Key Chains, Glassware and Crystal Gift Items and such other goods as I may subsequently approve. 

SCHEDULE 

(1) An enclosed rectangular warehouse measuring 16.8 metres long and 13.5 metres wide. 

(2) The total area of warehouse is 226.8 square metres. 

(3) The building is constructed on concrete floors, walls, roof, and steel beams. 

(4) The building is bounded on the north by a Private Property owned by Martin Sankar, on the south by part of York 

Garment Building, on the east by another York Garment Building and on the west by York Garment Building. 

(5) Entrance is gained on the eastern side with an exit door on the west. Both doors are constructed of steel.

NATIONAL LOTTERY DRAW NO. 1116 

NOTICE is hereby given with lawful authority under the provisions of the National Lotteries Regulations, 1969, made in accordance with 

section 30 of the National Lotteries Act, Chap. 21:04, the National Lotteries Control Board has appointed Saturday 

1st October, 2005 at 5.00 o’clock in the evening at CCN TV 6, Express House, 35–37, Independence Square, Port-of-Spain, as the day, 

hour, and venue at which Draw No. 1116 of the Classic Lottery of Trinidad and Tobago shall be held to determine the numbers of the 

winning tickets. 

The number of tickets issued is 70,000 with serial numbers ranging from 00000 to 69999 at the cost of $10.00 per ticket. Each 

ticket is made up of 5 fractions numbered from 1 to 5, each having the value being equivalent in cost to 1 /5th of a ticket, i.e., $2.00.
