(Customs Act, Chap. 78:01)<br />
IN EXERCISE <strong>of</strong> the powers conferred upon the Comptroller <strong>of</strong> Customs <strong>and</strong> Excise under the Customs Act, Chap. 78:01, I, Leonard<br />
Watty, Acting Comptroller <strong>of</strong> Customs <strong>and</strong> Excise, acting under the provisions <strong>of</strong> section 263(2) <strong>of</strong> the said Act, do hereby appoint the<br />
place specified in the Schedule hereto to be a Private Warehouse for the storage, pending entry for home consumption or export, <strong>of</strong> the<br />
following goods as shall be warehoused by or in the private warehouse <strong>of</strong> Messrs: York Garments Ltd. <strong>of</strong> 181, El Socorro Road, San<br />
Juan—wearing Apparel <strong>and</strong> Headwear Printed <strong>and</strong> Embroidered, C<strong>and</strong>les <strong>and</strong> C<strong>and</strong>le Gift Sets, Desk Stationery, Gift Items which<br />

SCHEDULE<br />
(1) An enclosed rectangular warehouse measuring 16.8 metres long <strong>and</strong> 13.5 metres wide.<br />
(2) The total area <strong>of</strong> warehouse is 226.8 square metres.<br />
(3) The building is constructed on concrete floors, walls, ro<strong>of</strong>, <strong>and</strong> steel beams.<br />
(4) The building is bounded on the north by a Private Property owned by Martin Sankar, on the south by part <strong>of</strong> York<br />
Garment Building, on the east by another York Garment Building <strong>and</strong> on the west by York Garment Building.<br />
(5) Entrance is gained on the eastern side with an exit door on the west. Both doors are constructed <strong>of</strong> steel.<br />
