NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the provisions of the 

above Act, that the Licensing Committee for the Licensing 

District of the County of Caroni, Couva Area, has appointed 

THURSDAY THE 15TH DAY OF MARCH, 2001 at 9.00 o’clock in the 

forenoon at the Couva Magistrate’s Court as the day, hour and 

place at which a session will be held for the granting of the 

Committee’s Certificate for the issue of Liquor Licences in the 

Magisterial District of Couva for the period 1st April, 2001 to 

31st March, 2002. 

All applications for New Licences must be in triplicate on the 

prescribed forms and be accompanied by three (3) copies of a 

floor plan of the premises sought to be licensed together with 

the prescribed fee of forty dollars ($40.00), the applicant’s Board 

of Inland Revenue File Number and should reach the Secretary, 

Licensing Committee, Couva on or before the 21st day of 

February, 2001. 

All applications for Renewal of Licences should reach the 

Secretary on or before 1st March, 2001.
