NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the provisions of the<br />

above Act, that the Licensing Committee for the Licensing<br />

District of the County of Caroni, Couva Area, has appointed<br />

THURSDAY THE 15TH DAY OF MARCH, 2001 at 9.00 o’clock in the<br />

forenoon at the Couva Magistrate’s Court as the day, hour <strong>and</strong><br />

place at which a session will be held for the granting of the<br />

Committee’s Certificate for the issue of Liquor Licences in the<br />

Magisterial District of Couva for the period 1st April, 2001 to<br />

31st March, 2002.<br />

All applications for New Licences must be in triplicate on the<br />

prescribed forms <strong>and</strong> be accompanied by three (3) copies of a<br />

floor plan of the premises sought to be licensed together with<br />

the prescribed fee of forty dollars ($40.00), the applicant’s Board<br />

of Inl<strong>and</strong> Revenue File Number <strong>and</strong> should reach the Secretary,<br />

Licensing Committee, Couva on or before the 21st day of<br />

February, 2001.<br />

All applications for Renewal of Licences should reach the<br />

Secretary on or before 1st March, 2001.<br />
